Privacy Policy
The relationship between a client and his coach or therapist is highly confidential. As a professional I will never share any information about you with a third party without your express agreement and then only such information as you wish to be shared. I occasionally write case studies of specific clients for external publication or as part of my professional development. These case studies are always made anonymous and designed so that no clues as to the specific person are divulged. Wherever possible I will always seek approval from the client before sharing the case studies.
I publish testimonials on my site from happy clients who have been kind enough to allow this. The names on these testimonials are usually limited to initials or fictitious but the clients are genuine and I can provide evidence of this if necessary. Testimonial information is agreed with the client in advance of publishing and written by the client.
Legal Obligations
Although the client/coach/therapist relationship is confidential there are naturally circumstances where I may need to break that confidentiality by reporting to the police or other services. This may be because I feel a client or another person is at serious risk as a result of something that is disclosed to me.
Email Marketing and Blogs
When you become a client I will usually ask if you want to subscribe to my blog emails. These are regular notifications of new content on my website and are usually sent 1 to 5 times per month. I may also communicate with blog subscribers on other issues and offers that I have available from time to time. You may unsubscribe to a blog at any time. If you do so and are a regular client I will still continue to email personally on practical issues (such as appointment times, payment etc).
If you have downloaded a free product or special offer via my social media or website marketing I will continue to email you on the subject related to that download and with offers that you may find useful. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.
I will never share your email address with a third party organisation.
