There are times in your life when you can become stuck or overwhelmed. You may have experienced a change or a loss that has made it hard to know what to do. Equally you may be aware that you are on the brink of something new.
Either way, it can be good to have an outside perspective from an expert on getting the best out of life.Whatever has happened in the past, it is the present that you need to change. Focus on where you are now, and what you want to deal with.
With my skills in coaching I can help you get clear about what you want and develop the strategies to get it. Part of this process is practical and conscious, and there is always an element that depends on the unconsious mind.
This is the part of your mind that supports your values and beliefs about yourself. Knowing these, and finding the strategies that work for you can be critical in moving forward. Using Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy are the key tools that I use to help you with the unconscious part of you.
